About Scopeline
Background
With a background in architecture and refurbishment projects, experience has included working alongside architects, stakeholders, and suppliers across hospitality projects. More recent exposure within an independent cinema and hospitality environment has further shaped an understanding of supplier coordination, project communication, and implementation workflows.
Coordination Exposure
Working on a large hospitality fit-out project in Chelsea introduced ongoing coordination with suppliers across multiple industries during tendering and implementation stages. Through this process, the importance of communication clarity, scope definition, and structured project information became increasingly apparent, particularly during early coordination stages where supplier requirements and project intent still need to be clearly aligned. Establishing clear plan layouts, specifications, and supplier information early in the process helps support more accurate proposals, smoother coordination, and better project alignment.
Approach
Scopeline is grounded in clarity, structured communication, and organised visual information to support supplier coordination during early project stages. Drawings and specifications are used as coordination tools to help communicate placement requirements, scope information, and project intent more clearly between clients and suppliers.
